As a Field /Delivery Executive you will
1. Build and manage a relationship with the customer, Coworkers, Drivers & all other employees in the Organization.
2. Responsible for in-time deliveries with no product mismatch.
3. Ensure all ordered Items are delivered to the respective Customer.
4. Coordinate with the customer delight and SCM team to ensure the customer orders are fulfilled on time.
5. Responsible for delivery related issues to the customers .
6. Responsible for Cash & Digital payment collections for the assigned items for the day.
