Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilities:
1. Billing and Invoicing: Prepare accurate and detailed invoices or bills for completed work on construction projects according to contract terms and project specifications.
2. Quantification of Work: Quantify and measure the completed work using appropriate units of measurement as per the contract documents and project requirements.
3. Cost Estimation: Assist in estimating the costs of materials, labor, equipment, and other resources required for construction projects.
4. Verification of Work Done: Conduct site visits and inspections to verify the progress and quality of work completed by contractors and subcontractors.
5. Contract Administration: Administer contracts, including reviewing contract documents, monitoring compliance with contractual terms, and ensuring that all billing-related requirements are met.
6. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of project costs, quantities, invoices, payments, and other billing-related documentation.
7. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors regarding billing matters, payment status, and any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
8. Payment Processing: Coordinate with the client or their representatives to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms and schedules.
